- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup cooked sweet potato
- 1 frozen sliced banana
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Start by pouring the almond milk into your blender, and then the pumpkin puree and sweet potato, without any skin.

Add in the frozen banana, ice, almond butter, and all spices. Blend on high speed until fully combined and enjoy immediately!
