PEACHES & CREAM POPSICLES

Looking for a healthy treat for a hot day? I’ve got you covered! Using some ripe seasonal peaches and just THREE other ingredients, you can enjoy these sweet, protein-packed peaches & cream popsicles.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 cup Chobani plain Greek yogurt
  • 5 ripe peaches
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup Purely Elizabeth maple walnut granola

Begin by washing all five peaches. Cut them into smaller pieces and remove seeds. Using one half of one of the peaches, cut very thin slices, about 10-15 of them, and set aside.

Put all peach pieces into a blender. Add the cup of Greek yogurt and 1/4 cup of honey. Blend until completely incorporated with no peach chunks.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds (the mix should be enough for 5-6 of them. Carefully insert the thin peach slices into the molds, as close to the outsides as possible.

Using a mason jar, crush the granola into even smaller pieces. Evenly distribute the granola between the popsicle molds and use a knife or toothpick to mix it in.

Place the molds in the freezer for 45 minutes before inserting the popsicle sticks (this way they won’t move around). Freeze for at least four hours, and enjoy!
