While food has been the aspect of healthy living I’ve been most vocal about on social media over the past two years, I’ve stayed somewhat silent about fitness. Working out has been the part of changing my lifestyle that is most difficult for me, because it doesn’t come naturally to me. As I dive into the world of fitness this summer by training for a half marathon in November, I’ll be sharing both the successes and the struggles I go through.
I want to be completely transparent about this process because it is going to be such a challenge for me. I’m starting from scratch in becoming a runner, and I’ve never even run more than one or two miles in my life.
