Sometimes I just want to eat something sweet and filling after a long day, and this smoothie bowl is always my first choice because it features all of my favorites. The mix is super simple and tastes just like a mixed berry smoothie with a hint of saltiness from the peanut butter right in the mix. Give it a try!

Ingredients:
For the smoothie:
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp raw peanut butter
For the toppings:
- 3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/3 fresh banana, sliced
- 2 strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp gluten-free granola (Purely Elizabeth is my favorite!)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp raw peanut butter
Instructions:
- Start by adding your unsweetened almond milk to a blender. Add all of the frozen berries and peanut butter.
- Blend on high speed until entire mixture until you reach desired consistency. It should be thicker than a normal smoothie; add more almond milk for a thinner mixture and ice to make it thicker.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and spread evenly.
- After you’ve sliced your banana and strawberries, begin to top the bowl. I like to make lines with each topping, but feel free to place them however you choose or mix it up!
- Serve and eat immediately.
