5-MINUTE DAIRY AND GLUTEN FREE GRAVY


This 5-minute gravy recipe could not be any easier. Skip the store bought stuff and whip this up minutes before dinner time for a great tasting gravy with no weird ingredients. This recipe is gluten and dairy free, but can also be made with regular butter and flour if desired. Simple is best!


Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 cups turkey stock (or cooled turkey drippings)
  • 1/4 cup dairy free butter
  • 2-3 tbsp all-purpose gluten free flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

In a small sauce pan, combine the turkey stock, dairy-free butter and gluten free flour. Bring to medium-high heat and whisk constantly until the mixture is brought to a boil.

Continue to whisk until all of the flour has dissolved and the gravy is uniformly smooth. Remove from heat and transfer to a jar or container to cool. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
